Frame Tents - Packages
Tents can be set up on grassy area or hard surface and have a frame structure (no poles in the middle.) Sturdy enough to resist the weather. When estimating seating for tents figure 10 SF per person at banquet style and 12 SF at round table. All packages include:
Tables:
96" x 30", folding legs, wood finish top. Seats 8-10. Weight: 80 lbs.
Folding chairs:
Beige, metal legs with plastic seat & back. Max weight load = 265 lbs.
Delivery/Set up charge additional. Chair and table upgrades available.
Three tent packages to choose from:
20’ x 20’ tent is 400 square feet and seats 40-50 people.
Includes: 6 tables (8 ft each), 48 chairs (beige plastic with metal legs)

20’ x 30’ tent is 600 square feet and seats 60 -70 people.
Includes 8 tables (8 ft each), 64 chairs (beige plastic with metal legs)

20’ x 40’ tent is 800 square feet and seats 70-80 people.
Includes 10 tables (8 ft each), 80 chairs (beige plastic with metal legs)

Gutters:
If going against another structure, rain will run down between structure and tent. Gutters may be installed for an additional fee.
Sides:
Sides are available (solid or clear), call for proper sizing for your tent selection.
