Setup Requirements:

1) delivery and set up is included within 15 miles of CCM locations. Additional charge of $40.00 for longer distances.

2) Advise if setup location is to be on hard surface or grass. Additional charge of $35 for setups requiring sandbags.

3) Requires site to have one 120v, 20 amp outlet within 100' of setup location.

4) Setup time will be scheduled for 10 a.m. or later. Takedowns must be no later than 8 pm.
